Expert Java DevOps Engineer – OpenShift
Localisation : Bruxelles, Belgique

Présentation du poste
Nous recherchons un Expert Java DevOps Engineer ayant une expérience approfondie d’OpenShift et de la gestion d’applications conteneurisées. Ce poste implique la conception et la mise en œuvre de pipelines CI/CD, l’optimisation des clusters OpenShift, ainsi que la collaboration avec les équipes de développement pour améliorer l’automatisation, la sécurité et la surveillance des performances.
Responsabilités principales
- Concevoir, implémenter et gérer les pipelines CI/CD pour les applications Java en utilisant OpenShift.
- Optimiser et maintenir les applications conteneurisées dans les clusters OpenShift, en collaboration avec les administrateurs OpenShift.
- Travailler avec les équipes de développement pour améliorer les processus automatisés de build, test et déploiement.
- Surveiller et analyser les performances des applications et de l’infrastructure afin d’anticiper et résoudre les problèmes.
- Développer et maintenir des scripts d'automatisation pour les processus opérationnels.
- Mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques de sécurité et garantir la conformité aux normes du secteur.
- Assurer un support pour la gestion des incidents et la résolution des problèmes, afin de garantir la fiabilité des systèmes.
- Assister et accompagner les membres de l’équipe dans l’utilisation d’OpenShift.

Compétences et expérience requises
- 8 à 10 ans d’expérience dans un rôle DevOps avec une forte spécialisation en développement Java.
- Expertise en OpenShift et technologies de conteneurisation telles que Docker et Kubernetes.
- Excellente maîtrise des outils CI/CD tels que Jenkins et GitLab CI.
- Compétence en Java 8+ et frameworks tels que Spring Boot.
- Expérience avec les outils de surveillance et de journalisation comme Grafana et Elasticsearch.
- Connaissance des cadres Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS).
- Maîtrise de l’anglais, du néerlandais et du français (C1 minimum).
- Disponibilité pour un service d’astreinte 24/7 après une formation approfondie (1 semaine par mois).
