Test Manager – Information Technology
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Work Mode: Hybrid (50% onsite, 50% remote)
Contract Type: Permanent Contract – Full-time
Mandatory Languages: English + French + Dutch (C1 minimum)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to define and implement an end-to-end test strategy, ensuring seamless integration within the organization.
This role requires a structured and risk-based approach to testing, covering both functional and non-functional aspects.
The Test Manager will oversee test planning, execution, defect tracking, and continuous process improvement while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- Languages: Fluent in English, French, and Dutch.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in test management, including E2E testing for programs with a budget exceeding €5M.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of test techniques, test types, and test levels.
- Proficiency in functional and non-functional testing, structured test design, and risk-based testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of software development methods and life cycle management.
- Experience with test automation tools such as QC, Cucumber, SOAP, and Service Virtualization.
- Preferable: Knowledge of application architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall test strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization’s quality standards and risk management framework.
- Manage the end-to-end test scope and coverage for all features, including functional, non-functional, regression, usability, performance, and security testing.
- Determine appropriate methodologies, tools, and processes for effective test execution.
- Support multiple workstreams and squads in implementing the test strategy and optimizing test set build, maintenance, and execution.
- Ensure regular defect tracking and resolution, identifying patterns and implementing structural solutions.
- Provide comprehensive test progress reporting on status, coverage, defects, and risk impact.
- Analyze risks, assess potential delays, and proactively address challenges related to system unavailability, test data, application versions, and dependencies.
- Serve as the single point of contact for all testing and test strategy-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with Tribe Test Engineers for test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Organize and lead test planning and delivery meetings to ensure alignment across teams.
