Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile processes, support project teams, and promote continuous improvement. You will play a key role in removing obstacles, fostering collaboration, and ensuring teams remain aligned with Agile best practices.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure smooth Agile adoption.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog management and sprint planning.
• Coach and guide teams to enhance their Agile maturity and self-organization.
• Identify and remove obstacles affecting team performance, ensuring focus on sprint goals.
• Oversee Agile project tracking and risk management.

 

Required Skills & Experience

• Languages: Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
• Education: Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in a similar role.
• Certifications: Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Technical Skills:
  • Proven experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Understanding of automated testing and continuous integration tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management.
• Industry Experience: Experience in the banking sector is a strong advantage.
