Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Languages Requirement: Fluency in French and Portuguese (C2 level minimum), English and Dutch are a Plus.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to focus on lead generation, strategic client/prospect engagement, and recruitment activities.
Your role will be critical in establishing first contact with prospective clients and candidates, paving the way for hiring needs.
You will help us accelerate our partnerships, integrations, and contribute to the overall growth of our ecosystem.

We're looking for someone who has these mandatory skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, IT, or Human Resources.
- 3-5 years proven experience in lead generation with a strong focus on B2B sales and recruitment.
- 3-5 years proven experience with cold calling, both for business development and talent acquisition.
- Previous experience in the IT World.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with prospects and candidates.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads, recruitment processes, and campaigns simultaneously.
- Fluency in French and Portuguese (C2 level minimum), knowledge in English and Dutch are a Plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target high-potential B2B prospects and IT professionals to build a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities and top talent.
- Conduct cold calling and leverage various communication channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, etc.) to engage new clients and candidates, opening doors for collaboration and recruitment.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with prospects and candidates to ensure sustained engagement and partnerships.
- Participate in strategic growth initiatives and support ad-hoc business development and recruitment projects.
- Initiate new strategic relationships, drive agreements to finalization, and ensure the right talent is sourced to meet business needs.
