Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join an agile infrastructure support squad working on middleware and cloud platform services. The squad focuses on provisioning, maintaining, and supporting enterprise-grade environments using technologies such as WebSphere and cloud-native solutions. If you’re passionate about agility, servant leadership, and enabling teams to thrive in complex environments, this role is for you.
Requirements:

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent by experience

Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master

5+ years of overall professional experience in IT or software delivery

Strong command of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and associated tools (JIRA, Rally, etc.)

Experience in infrastructure or platform teams is a strong asset

Understanding of cross-functional agile teams and the dynamics of DevOps and system support squads
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and deployment processes is beneficial

Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily stand-ups, Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives

Drive the agile rhythm and ensure the team adheres to agile practices and principles

Actively support the team in removing impediments and connecting with external stakeholders when necessary

Foster a collaborative team environment and encourage self-organization

Protect the team from distractions, manage expectations, and ensure focus on sprint goals

Promote continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, innovation, and experimentation

Track team progress and metrics (velocity, capacity, burn-downs) for transparency and planning

Ensure delivery aligns with the Definition of Done and stakeholder expectations

Advocate for Agile values across the organization and act as a mentor for agile maturity
