Role: QA Automation Engineer
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Type: Hybrid (2-3 days on-site at the client's office)
Languages: French OR Dutch + English
Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in Kubernetes and automated testing. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated and manual tests for IT/OT infrastructure systems. Working within a Scrum team and following TDD/BDD practices, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality software and infrastructure solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer. (mandatory).
- Strong experience with Cucumber, Selenium, Cypress, and other testing tools (mandatory).
- Proficient in writing feature files and glue code for BDD in Cucumber. (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with Java for test automation. (mandatory).
- Solid knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. (mandatory).
- Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines. (mandatory).
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Ansible. (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of Agile practices, including Scrum and tools like Jira. (mandatory).
- ISTQB certification (nice to have).
