By submitting my CV, I acknowledge that my personal data will be handled by agap2. In fact, agap2, as the controller, will handle my personal data to manage the recruitment process. In particular, the personal data collected by this means will be used for the performance of the pre-contractual procedures necessary for the management of the recruitment process and, specifically, for the following purposes:

• Selection and recruitment;
• Interviews;
• Conclusion of the employment contract;
• Response to business opportunities, among other specific independent purposes that may be appropriately communicated.

I am aware that my personal data may be transmitted to clients, or potential clients, as a response to business opportunities. I am also aware that my personal data will be saved only for the period necessary to fulfill the stated purposes and for a maximum period of four years after the recruitment process has been carried out, and if this is not successful, for the purpose of making new contacts.  My personal data will be kept for a longer period where the controller is legally obliged to do so, in particular, for a period of 5 years for the purpose of recording recruitment procedures as required by the Labor Code.

I acknowledge that I can access, at any time, the personal data that concerns me, as well as request its rectification or erasure. When applicable, I may also request limitation of processing and use my right of objection and portability of data. Besides that, I have the right to file a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission. For the exercise of these rights, it is sufficient for me to send the request by sending an email to dpo@agap2.pt.

I declare to be aware and to agree, committing myself to respect the personal data rules defined by the controller.
