Senior Test Data & Quality Specialist
Location: Belgium (mandatory residency)
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days per week on-site)
Duration: Long-term assignment (+1 year)
Languages: English (C1 minimum) and French/Dutch B1
Eligibility: Candidates must possess European nationality or a valid work permit for Belgium and must live in Belgium mandatory

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Testing Specialist with strong expertise in test data management and quality assurance within complex environments. You will support testing activities across multiple teams, ensuring structured planning, high-quality reporting, and solid data governance, especially with regard to data privacy requirements. This is a senior role that requires both hands-on testing capabilities and strong coordination and communication skills.
Skills needed:
Mandatory:

Strong hands-on experience with testing tools (functional or automation) and reporting tools.

Proven background in test data management, including creation of compliant datasets respecting data privacy rules.

Ability to create and present project-related information using office productivity tools.

Familiarity with project management concepts and the governance of agile organisations.

Capacity to lead, motivate, and align multiple contributors around common testing objectives.
Preferable:

Experience working with mainframe screens (testing or validation).

Understanding of release processes and release planning (knowledge needed for coordination, not tool execution).

Experience in the loan industry, banking, or financial services.

Familiarity with cross-functional or inter-departmental projects.
- Certifications such as CAST, CSQA, ISTQB, or CMST are considered strong assets.
