Role: Medior QA Engineer
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Location: Belgium (Hybrid: 2 days on-site per week)
Languages Required: Active knowledge of Dutch and French - One of the national languages must be the mother tongue, and the other language must be understood and readable

Role Overview
We are seeking a Mid QA Engineer to ensure the delivery of high-quality software that meets business requirements and expectations. In this role, you will design and implement a comprehensive test strategy, prepare and execute tests, and support the acceptance testing process. Your work will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity and functionality of our software systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of the technical environment and functional requirements.
- Create a detailed test strategy and global test plan for software development projects.
- Define test scenarios and minimum test requirements for internal ICT tests and end-to-end business testing.
- Prepare test data and execute tests using detailed test scripts.
- Perform testing to ensure compliance with business needs and technical standards.
- Support acceptance testing in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills:
- 3 - 4 years professional experience working as QA Engineer
- Experience working with Scrum (agile) methodologies.
- Experience working with:
- Microsoft Azure DevOps for test management.
- SQL for database validation and testing.
- UML for functional modeling.
- Web Service Concepts (WSDL, XML, etc.) for testing APIs and integrations.
- ISTQB Foundation certification
