Role: Junior Business Application Owner
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Location: Belgium (Hybrid: 2 days on-site per week)
Languages Required: Active knowledge of Dutch and French - One of the national languages must be the mother tongue, and the other language must be understood and readable

Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Application Owner to manage and ensure the proper functioning of products delivered by your team. In this role, you will act as an expert for application maintenance, ensuring continuity, performing tests, and managing new releases. You will also be responsible for handling incidents, identifying issues, and executing necessary queries to maintain application integrity and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the delivered products to ensure optimal functionality.
- Act as an expert in application maintenance and oversee continuity.
- Perform necessary testing and validation for applications, including managing new releases.
- Create and execute queries as required.
- Identify, analyze, and follow up on incidents to ensure swift resolution.
- Collaborate within an Agile (Scrum) environment to meet team objectives.
Must-Have Skills:
- 2- 3 years professional experience working as Business Application Owner or Application Tester
- Experience working in Scrum (agile) environments
- Knowledge of HTML, SQL, Microsoft Office, ServiceNow or similar tools
- ISTQB certification
