Power Platform Developer
Location: Ghent, Belgium (on-site 3 days per week)
Hybrid: Yes (2 - 3 days/week onsite)
Type of Contract: Permanent Contract, preferably
Project Duration: 2 years
Mandatory Languages: English (B2–C1) + Dutch or French (B2)

About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying innovative business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform – including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to automate processes, integrate data sources, and deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-centric applications. You will also contribute to solution architecture, documentation, and end-user enablement.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 integration, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, and Power Platform connectors.
- Experience with front-end (JavaScript, TypeScript, React) and/or back-end (.NET, C#) development is a plus.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and documentation practices.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) are a strong advantage.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, collaborative, and customer-focused professional.
- Technical orientation: Skilled in building, integrating, and optimizing Power Platform solutions, including custom development and automation.
- Project orientation: Able to translate business needs into technical solutions, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and support clients effectively.
What you will do
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications.

Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate flows (cloud and desktop), and Power Pages portals.
Integrate and configure Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and other data sources.

Develop custom components and extensions using TypeScript, React, or .NET when required.

Ensure solution quality, documentation, maintainability, and compliance with best practices.

Collaborate with international project teams, participate in client meetings, and deliver solution demos and workshops.

Support project management, contribute to user training and change management.

Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the team.
