Position: Program Manager (FR/ENG) - 15/04/2025
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Remote Work Possibility: yes (2-3 days a week on the client´s office)
Type of Contract: Permanent Contract preferably
Mandatory Languages: French and English (C1 minimum)
Eligibility: Candidates must possess European nationality or a valid work permit for Belgium.
Responsibilities: The Program Manager organizes and manages assigned programs from initiation to closure. These programs ensure the consolidated management of projects that collectively contribute to delivering capacity and/or results of strategic importance. The Program Manager:

Manages activities inherent to the assigned program(s).

Coordinates the project managers responsible for the component projects.

Reports on the progress of the program(s) to the Management Committee and relevant stakeholders through dedicated management committees.
In this context, the Program Manager is responsible for the following activities:

Work closely with the program sponsor, competence centers, and designated project managers to plan and develop the scope, deliverables, resource requirements, plan, budget, and timetable for new initiatives within the program(s).

Manage the program and project teams to ensure that scope, budget, and deadlines are met.

Coordinate program activities and delegate project-specific tasks to project managers. Depending on workload and program nature, may also manage some or all projects within the program(s).

Identify key requirements for external teams and suppliers.

Develop and manage the consolidated budget for the projects within the program, ensuring strategic objectives are met.

Collaborate with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the company.

Analyze, evaluate, and manage program risks.

Produce reports.
Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of successful experience as a Program Manager, Business Analyst, or Process Analyst (Mandatory).

Knowledge and 2 years of experience in Data Science (Mandatory).

Knowledge and 5 years of experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect (Mandatory).

Knowledge and 10 years of experience with Microsoft DevOps or other tools for managing sources, tickets, planning, deployment, etc. (Mandatory).
