agap2IT is preparing to implement an Employer Branding project based on the values of the “agapian spirit”. The new brand, presented in the year that marks 15 years of activity, builds on the values recognized in the consultancy's Talent management to create an original approach to employee engagement and new talent.
Lisbon, February 03, 2020 – In the year in which it celebrates 15 years of activity, agap2IT is launching an Employer Branding brand aimed at involving its employees and creating a platform for attracting and retaining talent. The new approach is based on an internal survey and on the values that make up the “Agapian spirit” to enhance the consultant's identity and connection to the culture.
The survey carried out among employees made it possible to define recognized values in the consultant's performance and in the way in which it relates to its professionals, which formed the basis for a concept that refers to the Spartan symbology. The most repeated words were: family, union, friendship, team spirit, learning and companionship. Based on these, the branding of the brand was worked on internally.
The new Employer Branding project by agap2IT brings together complementary objectives of building a global talent brand, giving relevance to the Employer Value Proposition, measuring the main internal Key Performance Indicators, focusing on dissemination through its communication channels and anchoring a new brand in the organization's identity, value and culture.
